Warsaw - Berlin Hyp provides € 38 million for refinancing of Park Rozwoju office building in Warsaw

Berlin Hyp has granted a loan to EPP Park Rozwoju for refinancing of Park Rozwoju in Warsaw. The Property is an office building complex with a total of ca. 34,500 sqm GLA that was completed in 2014/2015.
