The Netherlands - Berlin Hyp financing Kadans’ Dutch Science Park portfolio in the Netherlands with more than € 124 million

Berlin Hyp is providing Kadans Holding B.V. with a loan of around € 124 million for a portfolio of a total of 14 office and laboratory buildings.

The mortgaged properties are located at the five Dutch locations of Utrecht, Eindhoven, Nijmegen, Wageningen and Breda and have a total rental area of around 100,500 square metres. About two thirds of the space is used for offices and the remaining third for laboratories. In addition, almost all buildings meet the high Green Building standards.

Most of the tenants belong to knowledge-intensive industries.
