Paris region - Berlin Hyp is financing Argan's new logistic development project near Paris

Berlin Hyp is providing Argan S.A. a 12-year € 44 million loan for the financing of a new Class A logistic asset in Fleury-Meroqis, The project is very well located in the outer rim of the Greater Paris Region, 25 km southwest of Paris, within the "logistic corridor" and is conveniently connected to main transport routes.

The c. 39,000 sqm warehouse project develops a tailor-made technology specifically dedicated to Casino Group online shopping activities. Hence, the asset is fully pre-let for its e-commerce business with a long-term lease.
