Berlin - Financing of the new construction of the “3 Höfe” complex in Berlin-Mitte with more than € 170 million

Berlin Hyp has provided LBBW Immobilien with about € 171 million for the first construction phase of the new building complex “3 Höfe”, which is located in the heart of Berlin.

A residential and office complex with underground garages is being built in an advantageous residential and commercial location within walking distance of Potsdamer Platz in Berlin-Mitte. Approximately 17,800 square metres of modern office space will be created. In addition, 223 condominiums with upscale facilities totalling around 13,800 square metres of rental space as well as 115 underground parking lots are to be built. A DGNB Gold certification label is being sought for the office building component.
