“Trend barometer” expert survey published

Interest rates remain the determining factor for the development of the German real estate market. And digitisation will be the defining megatrend of the commercial real estate market. These are the key findings of Berlin Hyp’s current “Trend barometer” expert survey, in which around 320 real estate experts from Germany and abroad gave their assessments of the trends in the German real estate sector.
