Berlin Hyp set another milestone in its digitisation strategy with the founding of its subsidiary OnSite ImmoAgent GmbH. As their first product the OnSite ImmoAgent offers a crowd-based, standardised, real estate inspection service for commercial real estate, nationwide. This provides users with real-time information for commercial real estate across all asset classes.
