Financing of office building by SIGNA

In the Mediaspree Berlin-Friedrichshain area, SIGNA Development Selection AG is developing a modern office building with a height of around 90 metres. Berlin Hyp – the sole financer of the building – is financing the project with € 222 million. A LEED Gold certification is being sought for the 24-storey Green Building.
