Berlin Hyp pilot of the EEM Initiative

The pilot scheme of the Energy Efficient Mortgages (EEM) Initiative was launched with over 35 European banks. Among the participating German banks was founding member Berlin Hyp. The aim of the initiative, which was founded in September 2016, is to define the content of “energy-efficient mortgage loans” at European level and to ensure that the participating banks provide them.
