Berlin Hyp financing Vonovia portfolio

Berlin Hyp and Vonovia signed a loan agreement for € 500 million. The loan has a term of 10 years and will be used to refinance various Vonovia portfolios in North Rhine-Westphalia, Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate.
