€ 135 million loan for HighBrook Investors

Berlin Hyp is providing the New York company HighBrook Investors with a loan of € 135 million for the purchase of “The Groot Handelsgebouw” in Rotterdam. The representative office building with over 100,000 m2 GFA is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the central railway station.
