Frankfurt am Main - Construction of a modern office complex for DekaBank

Berlin Hyp as the syndicate leader of the syndicate set up together with Bayern LB and Deutsche Hypo has provided the Lang & Cie Group with a loan of € 291 million.

Financing is being provided for the construction of a new, high-quality office complex with a modern design for DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale in the “Lyoner Quartier” quarter in the Frankfurt-Niederrad office district.

The building will have 47,010 square metres of floor space. Its completion and handover is scheduled for 2022.

The long-term tenant will be DekaBank. The objective is to be granted with a DGNB Gold Standard certification.
